Geography:
It is located in the west coast of West Central Africa and is bounded by Cameroon to the north, Gabon to the east and south, and the Atlantic Ocean to the west. Rio Muni is a jungle like territory with mountains surrounding the east and ocean to the west.
Culture:
The culture of the Fang Tribe is well known for their rituals, dances, songs and witchcraft. The majority of the population in Rio Muni became Christians and learned to speak spanish.
Natural Resources:
Much of the resources in Rio Muni are timber, gold and manganese. Spain became rich off of the gold that they found in Rio Muni, and timber was used to run trains.
Agriculture and Manufacturing:
Timber and cocoa are big in agriculture in Rio Muni. This helped the nations per capita income to become one of the highest in Africa in 1968.
